Business Development Manager Myanmar

 

Your responsibilities

Sales Activities  

• Reporting to General Manager Sales

• Conduct Market Analysis and implement Sales Strategies in order to enter the market

• Identify customers, build client relationships and generate business

• Calculate prices for scaffolding and formwork solutions

• Develop and deepen business relationship with new and excisting customers

• Establish Myanmar as a substantial revenue contributor for PERI Asia

 

Administrative Tasks

• Prepare and update sales pipeline on a regular basis to achieve annual sales targets

• Ensure that customers understand PERI invoicing and follow through with collection of payments (DSO) 

• Communicate and report to the General Manager Sales regarding sales activities on a regular basis

• Working closely with Logistic to define material demand on time

 

Your profile

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Engineering background

• Five to ten years of working construction experience in formwork and / or scaffolding

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Excel, Word, Outlook: Sound knowledge is mandatory

• Singapore

• Strong Sense for Flexibility and Responsibility

• Self confidence and high self assertion

• Self-reliable working and comprehensive sales responsibility

• Knowledge of Pre-Qualification

• Knowledge of contracts and scaffold agreements

• Knowledge of QA / QC programs and local codes in order to adapt PERI UP QA / QC as an advantage

• Knowledge of safety programs and local safety requirements

• Knowledge of most systems scaffolds

• Knowledge of competitors

• Knowledge of market pricing

• Ability to work under pressure e.g. because of irregular working hours

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong professional ethics, open and trustworthy

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
