Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Your responsibilities

General

  • In charge for project coordination after order confirmation until final project-closing
  • Liase with all in-house departments to fullfill customer requirements in accordance to the order confirmation
  • Contact person for all customer enquiries
  • Ensure smooth and proper communication with customer and among in-house departments involved in the project
  • Writing minutes of meeting (internal and external) concerning issues at project sites
  • Report to the Head of Projects & Training and customer on a monthly basis

Project Coordination

  • Liaise with Engineering Department to assure punctual and correct arrangement of design / BOQ
  • Liase with Logistic Department to assure punctual and correct delivery / return of material to / from site
  • Liaise with Logistic Department regarding fabrication schedule to ensure a punctual and correct delivery of customized products
  • Monitor progress on site (design, delivery, return, invoicing, payments, etc.)
  • Provide bill of materials for submission of variation order as well as replacement of damaged materials on the jobsite
  • Liaise with Head of Projects & Training about request of staff on the project on time
  • Arranging the schedule for the formwork instructors on the jobsite and upon customer requests
  • Site visits, troubleshooting, Back-up Formwork Instructor, discussion with in-house departments as and when necessary, to allow a smooth project execution
  • Liaise with the person in charge of safety concerning safety issues at site
  • Ensure the return of the duly signed WSH (Work Place Safety and Health) forms from the client
  • Ensure that customers understand PERI invoicing and follow through with collection of payments (DSO)
  • Project-closing (final settlement, repair charges, material loss and damage)

Your profile

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in formwork / scaffolding sector
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Chinese speaking would be an added advantage
  • Experience in AutoCAD
  • Self-confidence and high self-assertion
  • Ability to communicate well with customers and relevant authorities
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
